Claw Date is made by BTS Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you play Claw Date on iPhone or iPad.

Claw Date runs on your device. Your chats, your cat and your photos stay on your iPhone or iPad. We don't have accounts, we don't run ads, we don't track you, and we don't collect or sell your personal information.

Chats with the AI cats

The AI cats' replies are written on your device by Apple's on-device language model. Their voices are made on your device too. Your messages are not sent to us or to any other company. Each cat's memory of your chats is saved only on your device. You can delete a chat and that cat's memory at any time with the trash button in the chat.

Your cat and your photos

If you make your own cat, you choose a photo from your library. Apple Image Playground turns it into a cartoon cat on your device, and the photo and the cat are saved only on your device. Claw Date never uploads your photos. Selfies are saved to your Photos only when you choose to save them, and we ask for permission first.

Purchases

Coins and the VIP membership are bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app what you bought so it can unlock it.

Game Center

If you're signed in to Game Center, Apple handles that sign-in and any scores or achievements under Apple's own privacy policy.

Information we collect

None. Claw Date has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn't send your information to us or to anyone else.

Adults only

Claw Date is for adults 18 and older. Cats labeled “AI” are AI characters, not real people. We don't knowingly let anyone under 18 use Claw Date.

Deleting your information

Because everything is stored on your device, deleting Claw Date removes your chats, your cats and your progress. Purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored with "Restore purchases".

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
