These terms are between you and BTS Innovations LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of Claw Date. By using Claw Date you agree to them and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Claw Date.
AI characters
Claw Date is a fantasy roleplay game. Cats labeled “AI” are AI characters, not real people. AI replies are written automatically and can be wrong or unexpected. Don't rely on them for advice about health, money, the law or anything else important.
VIP membership
VIP is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. VIP renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel VIP anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel VIP.
Coins
Coins are bought through the App Store and can only be used inside Claw Date, for things like drinks and outfits. Coins have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Claw Date
Please don't use Claw Date to break the law, or try to copy, change or take apart the app. Claw Date, its characters, art and music belong to BTS Innovations LLC.
No warranty
Claw Date is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from using the app.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update them on this page and change the date at the top.
